Return Policy

We strive hard to create the best aromatic experience with our Melting Stories candles. Each candle is hand poured by our team with utmost care. Your orders once received are processed through multiple steps to ensure you receive the right product. 

We offer returns on account of receiving a candle damaged during transit or on account of receiving a different product than you ordered. Please write to us at meltingstoriesshop@gmail.com within five days of delivery, with photograph and order number.

Exchanges Policy

Considering the nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges on used candles and we are doing our best to provide elaborate information on each fragrance blends to help you select the one you will love the most.
